The Gem State
Along with its world-renowned potatoes, the state of Idaho also has some of the best Ski-Doo terrains! And if you're looking for an exciting way to spend your Thursday evenings this winter and just so happen to be near the famous Idaho Sawtooth Basin, you should check out Sled Sisters! It's a unique and fun Ski-Doo clinic for women , held every Thursday during January.
Sled Sisters is open for beginners, intermediate, and expert Ski-Doo riders just a short ride from the Sun Valley resorts. The clinic is perfect for meeting fellow female adventurers and enjoying time out in the snow! Each clinic will introduce the basics of riding a Ski-Doo, safety tips, operating your sled's features, choosing the right gear for your riding style, and more! Just one more reason for your next Winter getaway to be in Idaho.
Deep in the Heart of Texas
If snowy mountains don't 'peak' (sorry for the mountain pun) your interest, why not grab your best group of girls and cruise around on a new Sea-Doo? Our friends at Float On offer an exhilarating guided Sea-Doo adventure to explore the famous waters of Lake Travis and the Colorado River. This women-only tour allows you to enjoy an exciting ride with other women who share a love of water sports, just like you!
You'll be accompanied by a terrific guide who will take you to all the hidden gems along the river, like Starnes Island (better known as Rattle Snake Island), Mansfield Dam and Devil's Cove. Plus, you'll also get the chance to dip in the calm Lake Travis waters (that is, unless you haven't already fallen in on your adventure)
Become 'El Capitan' of the Park
While it is true that most people would recommend visiting Yosemite National Park for a hike along its beautiful trails or climbing some truly unique rock faces, you might be surprised to hear that driving may be the most slept-on Yosemite activity!
